Love my MAMA necklace! It's cute and dainty and very comfortable to wear. The shade of yellow is a little on the light side so to me you can tell it is not real gold but for the price its great. I've even worn it showering and hasn't faded.

I made my purchase before christmas and paid the extra money for it; however, I did not receive my purchase within the given time frame. I do say that the communication was great though. I sent an email about the situation, and they refunded me my money for the expedited fee I paid since I didn't receive my order on time. The purchase overall is great quality. I loved it. I previously ordered the large size for my husband. They were too small. His wrist is 7.5" so it should have fit. I'm not sure if the circumference size advertised is the inside of the bracelet or the outside (My measurements indicate it is the outside). If it is the outside these might also be too small. Judging by the previous bracelets this is outside circumference which is misleading. If that is the case I will just break them down and make my own.

I've received compliments on the bracelet. It arrived within the estimated time frame, packaged well, and is as shown online. This is a good company to deal with.

Ordering the sign was easy enough. It arrived in good condition with just a few minor blemishes that I imagine nobody will notice. The sign did take nearly four weeks to arrive. I am usually very good at spotting overseas websites but missed it with this website. Keep in mind you are ordering from China so shipping will take forever.

Took almost 3 weeks to get the order & we paid for expedited service...$25.00 that I feel should be credited back to my card!

It came with a little card saying to not do certain things with it like sleep in it or bathe in it. Thought it was interesting for a product that's supposed to be solid material. In my case sterling silver. Haven't double checked but I'll be sure to.

I got it 16" name necklace and it hangs just perfectly. Though It's not really big but it's cute. Came even faster than it was supposed to. Thanks
