We purchased a cargo carrier and when it was delivered the box was completely busted open.The carrier was damaged and hardware was just dropped on the porch. When we called Quadratic they were super helpful. We explained what happened and they shipped out another cargo carrier to us right away; delivery was even made on a Sunday. They also paid to have the first one picked up. Thank you Quadratic for great customer service.

Nice site. I ordered a spring for my jeep there. Came on time. The quality is good, only the paint is missing in places, but this, as I understand it, is not critical.) I decided to place an order there, because my colleague makes purchases there all the time. He is generally satisfied and still recommends it to me and his friends, because for him it is not just a hobby, but a whole business. Since he got to this point, this site is probably worth checking out.

The vast selection and products are awesome! I happened upon the site in need of a license plate frame (and found much more that I'll potentially revisit). I've ordered a frame (2) times from Amazon that has a defect/warp in it so... the "proof will be in the pudding" next week when I receive my order from Quadratec, as to whether your products are of quality. My fingers are crossed and hopes are high!:)

I had a few questions regarding the tire type for my vehicle and I called Quadratec right after completing the order. I was quickly assisted by Josh and he was able to give me some insight and switch my order to a tire that better fit my project. I had tried other websites and different local shops, but there were constant issues with inventory or even incorrect product delivery. No issues with Quadratec at all.

I knew what product I wanted that was on your site, I could find it with a google search but when I typed it into the search bar with 3 different variations it never came up. I had to go back to google and click through that way to purchase. Instructions said plug it into driver side tail light plug. Only 1 blinker worked. I found someone online say they had to use the passenger side plug. I can confirm this fixed the problem. 1998 wrangler.

Love me some Quadratec. Every time I order items they are always correct when I receive them. I have bought led fog lights, a back up camera, a quadratec winch ready bumper, a stealth winch, hood latches, and inner trim items. Orders are usually prompt and they inform you of the date of shipment. Good people to deal with. The Quadratec items I have used are high quality. No problems on anything I have purchased.

When I saw that my 6 piece floor pans and supports order was shipped in 6 different boxes I expected it to be a nightmare to deal with, however all 6 packages arrived at the same time in one delivery which alleviated a huge headache that could have been a point of contention for me. Thankfully I should not have to do any more orders such as that, and see it as a solid win for me, and for Quadratec.

When I asked questions about the product, your response came soon afterward (within the hour, for example) which is very rare. I thank you for that. This is going on a 3/8-16 Hurst shift stick that I have to reach for. It's chrome, and your item is black. So, not a perfect match, but evidently what I am looking for is rare and you folks are the only ones that carry anything close to what I need. So, I appreciate that you have something that will bring the shifter closer to me.

Good. Ordered replacement items needed for my CJ7. Received what I ordered in a timely manner, in fact better time than was originally told. Have not had an opportunity yet to install the items I ordered so I can't say anything regarding their quality or fit. However, looking at them as received I don't expect to have any issues in either installing them or their intended function.

Would shop again! Finding the right parts and placing the order was easy. Also given peace of mind knowing that they delayed (by only hours) the shipping until I confirmed my ship-to address (where I'd be installing the product), since it was not my billing address. Great customer service!

I talked to a customer service agent who answered my questions quickly. In addition, prompt delivery was much appreciated! The installation videos were also helpful and we were able to easily install our soft top! Overall a great experience with Quadratec.

Quadratic never fails. Never. This company IS Jeep. I use Quadratec for all of my Jeep needs and pass them referrals whenever possible. Easy to navigate the site, wonderful customer service, fast shipping, etc. This is a top notch organization with a ‘white glove' service model.

Things I've bought so far were easy to find while searching website, product came in mint condition except for hard top. They used DHL and one of the two scraped it with a forklift it seems. Basically got told to F off when trying to inquire about it because I already signed for the package. Not like it cost 3,000 dollars or anything. Moral of story check your packages right away. Otherwise great products

I've ordered a number of items from Quadratec and have never been disappointed. The orders always arrive on time and in good condition, and they always provide tracking. Most recently I ordered a locking fuel door cover, and unfortunately used the little ring that came with it to attach it to our Wrangler key ring. The fuel door key managed to come off the Wrangler key ring twice... I found it the first time and should have learned from that because I couldn't find it the second time. I called Quadratec customer service and they immediately put a replacement key in the mail at no cost! I definitely recommend this company.

I've seen lots of complaints recently with Quadratec, but I think that's generally focused on larger items damaged in shipping (bumpers) or backordered items. I could not have asked for better on this one - ordered it Monday night, it shipped Tuesday, and arrived on Wednesday. I picked up my Jeep and installed the Tazer mini w/ no issues. Perfect order from start to finish on this one.

What a surprise to find these padded wrangler door bags! Never seen them before or anywhere else. They are exactly what I need so placed an order and received very quickly even way out here across the Pacific ocean. Thanks Quadratec!

These CJ turn signals are JUST AWESOME! I haven't installed them yet, but they've got lenses and bulbs and plugs and everything. Am I digging them? Heck yeah! I'm glad they go the the front so they're going to be seen first when I pull up the the PAR-TAY! Rock on, Quadratec! When they legalize marriage between a man and a Jeep parts supplier, I'm bringing you a ring! You literally light up my life!

I love quadratec. I have reliably shopped from you guys for my 2007 jeep wrangler for over 10 years now. My jeep has been fitted with various quadratec branded items over the years, taking them from the beaches of Corpus Christi Texas, to the extremely wet Juneau Alaska for 9 years, and now in to the Florida Keys. Keep up the great work in these trying times.

I am happy with shopping experience and product quality, however 4 stars do to powder coat damage upon taking delivery of product. I understand this may of been caused by the shipping company (FedEx) but a few defects show signs it was packaged with defects already on bumper and winch plate. Some black touch up paint should do the trick.

So the nice lady I spoke to today, she let me return something that I bought longer then 30 days ago. This is good customer service. It's why I'm back. I've bought a ton of stuff lately. And it looks like I'll continue. Thanks.

Always helpful and great on returns! Awesome selection on products. May need to revisit packing on hoods shipped for delivery. Tons of friends have received with dents, so I won't order until that can be corrected.

Would like to have an EASY FIND when searching for military/Hero's discount... if offered or not, since it's been a while since my last putschase. Nonetheless this item I've been debating on getting & once I saw some other Jeepers using it... knew it was a good product & a definite MUST ADD to my "Jeep box". :)
