Won't order from anywhere. Love the customer service. Quick responses to problems, and always get it quickly. I've used Jiffy for four years now and have only ever had one problem, with in 48 hours the problem was solved and resolved. They are polite and always out the customers first. Sometimes I think I can get something cheaper somewhere else, but I'd rather pay a few bucks more for local buy and great customer service. Thanks Jiffy. Customer for life!

Always an easy transaction, super fast delivery for Jiffy 1st and prices are excellent. My only wish would be seasonal colors of Gildan Softstyle tshirts are hard to find in stock up to 3 months before the season starts. I don't have the capital or storage space to purchase cases of shirts for my small business, so I am limited to only offering the colors I know will be in stock: black, white and sport grey. Other than that, I'm super happy with Jiffy Shirts. :D

I don't like the new way you group shipping it's extremely frustrating and I understand that it was probably a possible needed change on your end. But as a customer who's been around for years it's not something I'm super thrilled with. Quality of your shirts is great and shipping time for one shipping group is great. Having to pay three times the cost of a blank for a second or third fulfillment group just isn't practical

I do a lot of shopping around, & price matching, before I purchase blanks. Many times items look to be at a better price elsewhere, but then we get to shipping cost. Once that's added Jiffy always comes out to hear the competitors. Plus, the items usually get here sooner. And I love how easy it is to find what I'm looking for with all the filters Jiffy allows us to apply

So far every order I've placed has come before the expected delivery date. For a small business owner that makes life a lot easier and stress free. I've never has an issues with quality and everything has always been as described. I just with there were promo codes with discounted shipping. That can be a little costly, but overall I've had a positive experience.

I've been a customer for 4 years. JiffyShirts is reliable, communicative and either competitively priced or better priced than other companies. Since I wear so many hats as the sole employee of my company, everything falls on my shoulders. After I place my order for what I need I don't have to think about it again. JS takes off some of the work load with its reliability.

Customer service is something I pride myself in as a small business owner. The folx at JS are very communicative when I have contacted them with an issue or question. They also have been quick to let me know if something I ordered ran out right before I paid so I can then communicate with MY customers and set expectations.

I love the company and usually quick shipping, these past few orders one was slowed down with low stock and another because of winter weather. Once finally arriving 3 of my shirts had holes in them. Customer service is very great and handles the situation. But wish there was an easier way to replace shirts faster, and without having to pay shipping for your mistakes. I do sometimes order an extra shirt in each category, but then I have to do returns for the extras.
