Quick but don't like to be called at lenders convenience, phone numbers should be provided. By experience, lenders will always give out the highest rates possible and find excuses to justify. Buyers get punished because of the credit scores, which has no Bering on rates, even though lenders throw in a justification just to make more money at the consumers expense. Integrity means a lot for buyers, Something that many don't have. They pretend that they are helping the buyers.
This is false advertising. You should have mentioned upfront that the only way we'd get refinance info was via a sales telephone call. They've started calling already and I haven't even finished viewing this site. You can delete my info because we won't answer any of their phone calls. Please have someone delete our contact info. SHAME ON YOU!
So far easy to understand. I have reviewed several companies. I prefer having a text message sent to me for my review from any company who would like. Would like to know the best interest rate and how much we can cash out. We have lived in this home for over 40 years and probably will not need this again. Thank in advance for responding.

It doesn't say if we qualify for the government program. Just lists lenders which I can Google or research myself. Feels a little like false advertising or a scam to get my info. I dread all the new spam calls and texts I will know receive. I tried to give 2 stars but it wouldn't let me!

Your Ad seems to be a little misleading as I didn't see any part that showed me where the Government was part of this program Further there is no mention of the Government STIMULUS in any of the parts looking for info on me May pass this on to my State Regulators for further Examination to see how legit your AD is or are you playing a fishing game to trick people into taking out Mortgages on their homes thinking it's Government Funded

It doesn't say anything about whether or not I can get the rest of my mortgage paid off, anywhere, and I also have absolutely 0 missed payments and have lived in my home for nearly 21 years, it just takes me to a lender, so it's all very confusing, and in my opinion, something like this should never be that way, at all...

I like this but I do NOT like all of the calls! If how these lenders can help me was shown on my results, I could make a decision without being bombarded by lender calls, and I could just call them when I'm ready...
Saw the advertisement while reading the local news, which says if you have never missed a payments, your payments could be lowered by $350 or something like that, and that I would have my answer in just minutes, but that's not the case at all:-(
I would like know is it possible to refinance your home and take about $5,000.00 out in equality. If so is this possible.If so do you have to pay back the 5,000.00. I"m' trying to lower my mortgage payment to $600.00. I'm paying $845.00 for the last 16 yrs. With interest rate of 5.00 %.

Was extremely easy to work thru. I live with my daughter (& her 2 sons) & we'd buy the house together! Presently we are renting & I think our pymts. ($1150) are close to a Mtg. Pymets. I've owned 5 homes in the past between Miami, Palm Beach and now Inverness! This is where I retired & 14 yrs later my daughter got a divorce and moved in with me. My annuities bottomed out and I lost my Inverness home to bank!
I was looking for mattresses & adj frames (my adj bed is 20 yrs old & doesn't adj anymore) & this info popped-up after reviewing mattresses & frames. I have a bad back, but if I could buy a new mattress it would be great to buy a home now!
