I ordered 2 cellular shades for my bedroom in January. 1shade arrived 2/23 and the other is still out there somewhere. Called CS x2- spoke with nice rep, who told me due to the storms in Memphis there is a week delay in shipping from there (originated from China). Well my 1 shade made it out - a week after the storm. We are into the 2nd week of March and still no 2nd shade. If anyone can help me get this delivered I would appreciate it. Thank you

Everything was good with the experience. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was that I tried to reorder an additional blind to match a previous order, but they don't carry the fabric anymore. I had to get something that complimented but didn't match my current set of blinds. I bought from a large online retailer because I thought there would be consistency over time, but that turned out to be wrong. Make sure you buy everything you may want all at once when you put in your order.

So many other web sites these days have gone through so many "improvements" that they are garbage and frustrating, and their web developers don't care.

Great telephone support, pretty clear ordering process. The Estimate my advisor sent me didn't clearly offer me an edit option on the summary page, so I had to call back to ask how to change the grommet color that seemed to default in. The next advisor I got (only about a 5-second wait!) guided me through that process. I like that the salespeople are here and are native English speakers, who also speak clearly and patiently and intelligently, which really helps with communication. Thanks!

This was my first time purchasing blinds online. I sure learned a lot about my metal tape measure! Pretty cool that it has the length imprinted on the back, which was super helpful in not bending the tape to get the measurement. I am SO excited to have nice cellular shades - finally. Looking forward to putting them up once they arrive. Kyle was super helpful in chat to assist me in choosing the cell size and in measuring correctly.

Unlike most... your website works. It remembers my choices so I don't need to reenter information over and over. It removes options to select things that are not available with my customization and provides an explanation why. Someone is doing an excellent job of monitoring and constantly improving your customers' experience and it shows. I called because I was unsure about a few specifications on the Roman shade I wanted (even though your website had a load of Q&As and reviews. Chad was my representative and gave me super awesome advice. He even suggested he send me an email "swatch" just to be sure of color, and it was JUST what I needed to make the final call on fabric choice. Thank you so much! Please let Chad know he rocks!

Easy to navigate. Very helpful prompts. Assuming everything from here goes well we will be very pleased. However, last attempt at ordering went well but 2-3 weeks later received a frustrating notification that the dimensions could not be accommodated. We changed up the measurements and split into 3 shades - hopefully this will work! Thanks.

All aspects seem to be covered onsite--dimensions, color, other features. Easy to fill out the form, plus a good sale price. Only odd thing--a certain color was not available while first shopping, & then some days later it appeared as a choice. Luckily, I'd delayed placing the order, so got it. We'll see if everything else pans out.

I just purchased blinds from Blinds.com so I have no idea about customer service, product quality, or if shipping deadlines will be met. However, so far, I am completely pleased with how easy it was to place the order online and how user friendly the website is. The cost is a little higher than my local big box home supply store but the store did not have the exact product in stock and there would definitely be a wait time either way. Plus, it would be an all day endeavor going to the store and having the blinds cut. Time and energy saved is worth it.

Blinds. Com did a fantastic job of my previous and first ever order and they also offer coupon codes. What's not to love about a company that cares about the end product and saving their customers money. I will definitely be coming back for all my blinds to blinds.com. I only wish I'd ordered from them years ago!

Ordered at different times and I have had all good experiences. They fit well & delivered on time. Directions for the vertical cellular were a bit thin. Were supposed to be 'tensioned' at the factory but my husband (really handy) had to figure it all out and re-tension. They all look as expected - really professional.

This website was extremely easy to use. It provided step by step instructions on how to measure each type of window covering. I love the updated miniblind color selections and finishes - as someone who did not really like miniblinds my mind was changed after looking ay all of the great selections. I highly recommend this website for your window coverings; the prices are second to none--even for brands like Levolor and Bali!

We have bought many of these cellular shades and we love them! They insulate leaky windows and are high quality material that look very clean! Love the inside mount and color options! If you try to buy these from a special store, you will pay 5 times more. Also easy to install yourself! Highly recommend!

I've been eying these blinds for a while and your instructions are really easy to understand. I also love that you include peoples Instagram images, it was helpful for deciding what the different colors will look like in my space. Lastly, the samples I ordered came right away and they were so helpful in making my decision.

This is my second order, both Nathan Gordon and Cory Campbell were very helpful when I called for assistance. Nathan helped me understand the process and gave some great help in choosing the blinds I wanted. Cory was very helpful when the shade I had chosen was not available in the size I needed. Both of them quickly sent samples that were just what I was looking for. I have not installed the blinds yet, but the sales process was very easy!

Pretty easy to click on what to get. Only thing I would say that on the slats if they would had to section them off in price categories. Would a little easier to choose selections with pricing. But other than that it's all good.
Just sucks as well that you need to order them online that stores don't sell vertical blinds, only replacement slats.

Blinds.com website explains everything well. Only thing that would help would be to put the type of blind on the sample, not just the color. For example "Vertical value blinds." I had a hard time figuring out where each sample came from.

Good. Easy Quick. Repeat customer. The Day/Night - partial/full cellular shades should have their own main category rather than just be an add on to Blackouts. It makes them hard to find when searching. Once you have these you want them on every Window.

I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
